Shawn Mendes released two hit songs last year — “If I Can’t Have You” and the Camila Cabello collaboration “Señorita” — and it seems he’s gearing up to drop some more catchy tracks because his fourth studio album is officially on the way.
The Canadian superstar shared the amazing news with his fans in one of his Instagram stories and promised we won’t have to wait for his next record for too long.
“What’s up guys? I know that I haven’t been on Instagram at all lately. But I just wanted to say that I love, and I miss you so much. I’m making another album. So, yeah, I love you and I’ll see you soon,” said Mendes in the clip.
The Grammy-nominated singer hasn’t dropped a new album since his self-titled album in 2018. Some of the singles he released in the meantime were included in a deluxe edition of the album, and it’s unclear if they’ll be featured on his upcoming album, as well.
