Snapchat is rolling out a new initiative featuring a line of A-listers.
Snapchat has partnered with celebrities and influencers to expand its content. These Creator Shows touted as “first-person, personality-driven” content will begin airing this summer.
“The creator community has been an increasing priority for us,” said Sean Mills, senior director of content at Snapchat, adding that shows are an “opportunity for us to bring creators into a more premium content experience.”
A-lister to be featured on the platform with their own proper shows include Serena Williams, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart, Maddie Ziegler, Emma Chamberlain, Rickey Thompson, Loren Gray, FaZe Banks and Baby Ariel.
Schwarzenegger’s Rules of Success With Arnold Schwarzenegger will feature the action star turned politician rolling out motivational advice in each episode. Keke Palmer’s Keepin’ It Real with Keke Palmer is touted as “Dear Abby in the DMs,” with the actress giving advice on crazy situations.
