Sting is heading to Las Vegas for his very own residency.

While the 16-date residency is amazing news for Sting fans, they will have to wait a while as the first show is scheduled for May 22, 2020. The rest of the dates scheduled for June, August, and September. All shows will be held at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

According to a press release, “Sting: My Songs,” “will present a compendium of Sting’s songs with dynamic, visual references to some of his most iconic videos and inspirations.”

“Visually, sound-wise, dancing — it’s going to be a Vegas show. I’m really committed to that,” the former Police frontman said in an interview with the Associated Press. “I am a little frightened and a little excited at the same time.”

He also added that setting up shop in Sin City is quite different compared to traveling and playing a show in a different venue every night.

“Being in one place is actually a different, spiritual vibe,” he said. “Welcoming people into your house — that’s basically what it’s going to be. I’ll be telling the story of my life through songs. I’ve had a long, interesting life and I can’t wait.”

Tickets for the general public go on sale May 3.
