Stranger Things has added eight new actors to its fourth season.

Among the new cast members are Jamie Campbell Bower (Sweeney Todd), Eduardo Franco (Booksmart), and Joseph Quinn (Catherine the Great), who are joining as series regulars. Set to recur are Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Tom Wlaschiha (Game of Thrones), Sherman Augustus  (Westworld), Mason Dye (The Goldbergs), and Nikola Djuricko (Genius).

Due to the pandemic, production of Season 4 was delayed, but it started up again last month. While plot details are being kept under wraps, a teaser for the new season was released back in February showing Hopper (David Harbour) very much alive, but being held prisoner in the Soviet Union.

Bower is set to join as Peter Ballard, a man who works as an orderly at a psychiatric hospital, Franco will play Argyle, Jonathan’s new best friend, Quinn joins as Eddie Munson, an 80’s metalhead who runs The Hellfire Club, and Englund will play Victor Creel, an imprisoned man in a psychiatric hospital.

Wlaschiha is set to play Dimitri, a Russian prison guard who befriends Hopper, Augustus will play Lt. Colonel Sullivan, Dye will play Jason Carver, a rich, sports star in school, and Djuricko will play Yuri, a Russian smuggler.
