]]>The next chapter of the hit anthology series draws inspiration from Danielle Valentine’s Delicate Condition, and it’s been described as a feminist update to Rosemary’s Baby.
According to its official synopsis, it’s “a gripping thriller about an actress (Emma Roberts) who becomes convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens.”
In addition to Roberts in the lead role, the star-studded cast of American Horror Story: Delicate will also include Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne, Matt Czuchry, Billie Lourd, Denis O’Hare, Leslie Grossman, and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez.
Season 12 of American Horror Story is the first to lean into the source material and not feature Ryan Murphy as its showrunner. Halley Feiffer will replace him in this role, but Murphy will still be credited as an executive producer alongside the AHS co-creator Brad Falchuk.
American Horror Story: Delicate will premiere on FX on September 20, and it will be divided into two parts because of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.

Kardashian most recently voiced a character named Dolores in PAW Patrol movies, and she said she’s interested in venturing even more into acting if something interesting comes up.
“Would I act? I would if something fun came about. Maybe a Marvel movie, that would be so fun to do. I’m not actively looking, but I think things just come when they’re supposed to,” she previously told Interview Magazine.

Gerber, who’s been in The Last Day of Summer and Sister Cities, will join the latest season, which is officially titled American Horror Story: Double Feature. The season will take on two stories instead of the traditional singular theme.
She joins Macaulay Culkin and AHS vets Sarah Paulson, Even Peters, Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross, and Finn Wittrock.
American Horror Story was renewed for three more seasons back in January 2020.
Each season has taken place in a different setting, exploring a different theme including a haunted house, insane asylum, witches coven, and traveling freak show.
During its nine-season run, the show has received 95 Emmy Awards and won 16.

]]>According to the eerie video that Murphy shared with the world, the new season will be titled American Horror Story: Double Feature. The promotional video that shows waves crashing into a shore also revealed it will tell two terrifying stories—one by the sea, one by the sand.
The new season will feature numerous AHS veterans, including Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, and Evan Peters. Murphy previously told Deadline he wants to reunite the fan-favorites this season in case it’s the last, but the show was eventually renewed for additional three seasons.
“The people who helped build this show into what it is, who believed in it from the beginning, have been contacted and are interested. So if you look at the iconography of the first three seasons, you can figure who I’ve gone to and who might be coming back,” explained Murphy.

]]>Parsons has starred in several productions by Ryan Murphy, the co-creator of American Horror Story (AHS). He appeared in the Netflix series Hollywood and the movie, Normal Heart.
Despite working closely with Murphy on several occasions, Parsons has not once appeared in an episode in AHS. Considering that Murphy frequently casts the actors he works with in the show, it is unusual that Parsons has been the exception.
“Whether it was because of Big Bang or not, and time schedules and stuff, it had never come up,” Parsons told Collider. “I had done the Normal Heart movie with [Ryan Murphy], and then he produced The Boys in the Band for Broadway. And so, those are my two major things with him.
“But no, another topic like that had never come up, which was part of the reason that I was so pleasantly surprised when he came to ask [about Hollywood], and why I felt myself jump at it.”
He added: “It was so out of left field, but it felt natural. It felt like a gift, and that’s exactly what the experience turned into.”
Parsons’ performance in Hollywood was phenomenal although the more we think about it, the stranger the idea of Sheldon Cooper appearing in AHS becomes.

]]>The AHS co-creator and executive producer made the announcement during a Zoom call which he posted on Instagram and “reminisced about the good times…the spin-off we’re doing called “American Horror Stories” (one hour contained episodes)…when we will start filming the next season of the mothership…and other stuff I cannot print. It was so much fun and I’m glad we caught up. I miss everyone!”
The new series will consist of “one hour contained” episodes and each episode will be its own individual ghost story and there will be cast members from the main show.
News of American Horror Stories comes a month after Murphy unveiled the creepy trailer for Season 10 of AHS. In February he announced that Macaulay Culkin will be joining the upcoming season which is set to premiere in fall. AHS has been renewed for three more seasons and will run at least through Season 13.
