Taylor Swift’s collaborations are a few and far between, so she really took our world by storm with her latest team-up. The Grammy-winning star joined forces with the indie duo Big Red Machine for their latest single “Renegade”.

Big Red Machine was formed by National’s Aaron Dessner and Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon—both of whom happen to have an amazing partnership with Swift. They collaborated with the singer on her eighth and ninth studio albums Folklore and Evermore. Dessner produced both albums, and was featured on the song “Coney Island” with the National, while Bon Iver collaborated with Swift on the song “Exile”.

“Renegade” will be featured on Big Red Machine’s upcoming studio album How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Last? The duo couldn’t wait to collaborate with Swift again, and this LP is expected to feature another song they recorded together titled “Birch”.

“The feeling and sound of this song feel very much at the heart of How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Last? I’m so grateful to Taylor for continuing to share her incredible talent with me and that we are still finding excuses to make music together,” Dessner told Zane Lowe.
