Forbes’ list of the highest-paid musician of the year is out, but it doesn’t bring a lot of surprises. After another benchmark year in her career, Taylor Swift secured the top spot, and she was closely followed by Kanye West and Ed Sheeran.

Taylor Swift topped Forbes’ list with $185 million earned thanks to the success of her most recent tour, a new record deal, and a series of profitable endorsements. West was right behind with $150 million, but he owes most of his financial success to a surge in sales of Yeezy sneakers.

Ed Sheeran came in third with $110 million earned thanks to his recently wrapped-up tour. The Eagles were right behind with $100 million due to a sold-out slate of gigs, while Elton John came in fifth thanks to the success of his on-going farewell tour.
