BBC and Netflix finally reveal the first look at their adaptation of Bram Stoker’s classic story.

The first trailer for the co-produced Dracula is here.

The series, which hails from Sherlock creators Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat, stars Claes Bang as the blood-sucking Count. Jonny Campbell (Westworld), Damon Thomas (Killing Eve) and Paul McGuigan (Sherlock) direct the series.

The clip is accompanied by a “horror” warning label, and rightfully so. The gruesome trailer features blood spatter, a fly in an eyeball, loose fingernails, and Claes Bang, who stars as the revealing his fangs and whispering to a victim: “Stay calm, you’re doing very well.”

Dracula will run to three 90-minute installments. It will first premiere on BBC One in the UK, followed by a Netflix release.
