“The Handmaid’s Tale” is Birthing a Revolution in Season 3

Offred is not taking her life in the Republic of Gilead lying down.

The new trailer for the third season of The Handmaid’s Tale shows that a revolution is a-coming and our favorite Handmaid is at the center of it all.

“If I’m going to change things, I’m going to need allies,” June says.

Those allies appear to be hinted at Serena Waterford, Aunt Lydia, and Nick.

While the first season of the Hulu series was based on the book by Margaret Atwood, the second season took its own path, with the third expected to continue on that trajectory.

While Elisabeth Moss’s character had the opportunity to escape at the end of last season, she believes, “At least there is still hope while I’m here.”

The revolution begins on 5 June.

Praise be.
