NBC has opted not to order another season of The InBetween.

Multiple outlets confirm that the freshman drama has been canceled by the network following low ratings. According to Variety, The InBetween was the lowest-rated NBC summer 2019 series in Live+Same Day ratings, only averaging around 2.6 million viewers.

The series starred Harriet Dyer as Cassie, a woman who is able to see visions of the past and future as well as communicate with the dead. The series also starred Justin Cornwell, Anne-Marie Johnson, Cindy Luna, Chad James Buchanan, and Paul Blackthorne.

The InBetween hailed from creator Moira Kirland who also served as executive producer.
