It’s been over a year since The Kid LAROI dropped his debut mixtape F**k Love, and this record finally managed to climb atop the U.S. charts. Following a reissue of the mixtape, it reached a new peak and become his first no. 1 album atop the Billboard 200 chart.

When it was originally released on July 24th, 2020, this mixtape debuted at no. 8 on the Billboard 200 chart, becoming LAROI’s first top-10 debut in the U.S. It spent 53 weeks on the chart before reaching the top, thanks to the release of F**k Love 3: Over You, which came out on July 23rd.

The reissue of the mixtape features seven new songs, including several A-list collaborations, which helped it climb to the top. “Stay” featuring Justin Bieber debuted at no. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and the reissue also includes collaborations with Polo G and Lil Durk.

When it comes to the rest of the Billboard 200 chart for this week, it mostly consists of albums that have already been on the chart for a few weeks. Olivia Rodrigo’s former chart-topping album Sour took the no. 2 spot, while Doja Cat came in third with Planet Her.
