The fourth entry in the Matrix film series finally gets its first proper trailer. The three-minute preview of the highly anticipated sci-fi movie, titled The Matrix Resurrections, was made available to the general public on Thursday, two weeks after debuting on CinemaCon.

The clip opens with Neo (Keanu Reeves) visiting a psychiatrist played by Neil Patrick Harris. Neo is living in the simulation, and it appears he doesn’t recall events from the previous movies. But he does experience flashbacks from his past in the form of “dreams that are not just dreams.”

The trailer continues with Neo and Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) meeting in a coffee shop but not recognizing each other. Then, Neo gets approached by a Morpheus-like character played by Yahya Abdul-Maheen II, who offers him a choice between the red and blue pill and tells him it’s “time to fly.”

Neo takes the red pill and follows a character played by Jessica Henwick through a door into the light. From that point on, we are met with everything that we love about The Matrix franchise: impressive visuals, breathtaking action, and stunning fight scenes.
