Season 4 of The Sinner is returning with a brand new mystery on October 13.
During each of the seasons of the police procedural drama, detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) has investigated a different death.
This season kicks off with Harry Ambrose recovering from the trauma of the previous case and traveling to Hanover Island in northern Maine for a getaway with his partner Sonya (Jessica Hecht). After an unexpected tragedy occurs involving the daughter (Alice Kremelberg) of an affluent island family, who Ambrose sees walking off a cliff by the ocean, he is recruited to help the investigation. Authorities aren’t able to find a body and a woman claims she saw the daughter drive away. This turns the island and the detective’s life upside down.
Also starring in the show are Frances Fisher, Neal Huff, Cindy Cheung, Ronin Wong, and Michael Mosley.
Derek Simonds serves as showrunner and executive producer with Jessica Biel, Michelle Purple, Charlie Gogolak, Adam Bernstein, and Nina Braddock also executive producing.
