TikTok influencer Addison Rae will be making her acting debut in the upcoming remake of the 1999 teen comedy She’s All That.

The 19-year-old TikTok star, who has 60 million followers, has been cast in the gender-swapped reboot titled He’s All That.

She’s All That was a modern take on George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion and the 1964 movie My Fair Lady. The 1999 film centered around a popular high school jock, who transforms one of the school’s nerdy girls into prom queen after he gets dumped by his girlfriend.

R. Lee Fleming, the writer of the 1999 movie, will pen the script with Mark Waters, the filmmaker behind Mean Girls and Freaky Friday, who will also be directing.

The film will be reimagined from a teenage girl’s perspective with Addison Rae playing the role inspired by Freddie Prinze Jr.’s character. He’s All That will follow an influencer who tries to turn a nerdy boy into prom king.

The original She’s All That starred Freddie Prinze Jr., Rachael Leigh Cook, Paul Walker, Kieran Culkin, Anna Paquin, Usher, and Gabrielle Union. It went on to earn over $100 million worldwide at box offices.
