The documentary about Olympian Tommie Smith has officially landed at Starz. The network confirmed Monday that it acquired the rights to With Drawn Arms. The cable network has set a premiere date for November 2.

Smith is best known for his fist-raising moment at the 1968 Olympics. In the documentary, the Olympian reflects on his iconic silent protest on the medal stand during the national anthem at the 1968 Summer Games.

The film opened the Hamptons film Festival which ran October 8-14.

The feature hails from co-directors Glenn Kaino and Afshin Shahidi. It features Jesse Williams, sports analyst Jemele Hill, Megan Rapinoe, Colin Kaepernick and late congressman John Lewis. John Legend and Williams served as executive producers with Glen Zipper and Sean Stuart on board as producers.
