Toni Braxton is one of the most prominent recording artists on the R&B scene and she’s getting ready to hit a major milestone this year. The singer’s 10th studio album, Spell My Name, is on its way and we’ll get to hear it in less than a month.

The Grammy-winning singer announced her new album will be released on August 28th. She teased its release by sharing a new song, “Dance”, co-written and produced by Antonio Dixon, who previously collaborated with the likes of Beyoncé and Ariana Grande.

“Dance” isn’t the first released song to be featured on Spell My Name. A couple of months ago, Braxton released the single “Do It” and went on to record a remix of the song with rapper Missy Elliott.

Spell My Name will serve as the follow-up to Braxton’s 2018 album which failed to make a splash on the charts, but was praised by the critics and even received a Grammy nomination for the best R&B album.
