2022 is coming to a close and what better way to remember it than to look back at the rising stars who won our hearts this past year? We were introduced to many impressive young actors in the past twelve months and here are five that knocked us off our feet with their talent.

Ortega has been acting since she was ten, but she truly became a household name this year. She danced her way into our hearts as Wednesday Addams and established herself as a modern-day final girl with the roles in horrors Scream and X.

Butler is another actor who’s been around for a while, but he entered the Oscar conversation for the first time this year after masterfully portraying Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann’s biopic.
