Tracy Spiridakos has been a key member of the Chicago P.D. cast for years, but she’s ready to leave it all behind. The upcoming Season 11 will be Spiridakos’ last after she announced her exit from the Wolf Entertainment police procedural drama.

Spiridakos joined Chicago P.D. during the show’s fourth season as a former robbery-homicide detective Detective Hailey Upton. She was upped to the series regular in Season 5 and later reprised her role on several other Wolf Entertainment shows, including Chicago Med and Chicago Fire.

Spiridakos isn’t the first major cast member to leave Chicago P.D. in recent seasons. Just last year, her on-screen husband Jesse Lee Soffer exited the series, as well.

“I want to thank the incredible fans for their unwavering support during the past 10 years… To create this hour drama week after week has been a labor of love by everyone who touches the show. I will always be proud of my time as Det. Jay Halstead,” he said at the time.

Spiridakos is yet to address her exit from the series, and it’s yet unclear how many episodes she’ll appear in when Chicago P.D. returns for Season 11. The show’s next season still doesn’t have an official release date, and its showrunners and writers were scheduled to go back to work after the WGA strike came to an end.
