“Twin Peaks” Star Sherilyn Fenn Joins Rudolph Valentino Biopic

Twin Peaks star Sherilyn Fenn joins the biopic about silent film superstar Rudolph Valentino who died unexpectedly in 1926. 

Variety confirms that Fenn has been tapped to portray silent film star, Alla Nazimova. 

The indie biopic titled Silent Life follows a group of journalists and their mysterious encounter with a woman clad in all black at Valentino’s annual memorial service. 

The biopic is helmed by Vladislav Kozlov, who will also star as Valentino. Kozlov also penned the script and is producing with Natalia Dar via their Dreamer Pictures banner along with Yury Ponomarev.

Also starring in the biopic are Isabella Rossellini as Valentino’s mother, Franco Nero as Valentino’s spirit, and Terry Moore as the mourning “Lady in Black.” Paul Rodriguez and Dalton Cyr will play an older gigolo and young Italian immigrant, respectively while Paul Louis Harrell will play Norman Kerry, Valentino’s real-life friend, and Ksenia Jarova will portray Valentino’s love interest Natacha Rambova. 

According to the outlet, the production will film in various locations, including Valentino’s grave at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery as well as Miceli’s Restaurant in Hollywood, and the private Rudolph Valentino museum in North Hollywood.
