Actress and model Tyra Banks teases a follow-up to Coyote Ugly, the 2000 romantic musical comedy-drama.

According to Banks, discussions of a sequel are already underway. During her recent appearance on Kelly Clarkson’s talk show, Banks admitted that she “literally was supposed to be on a conference call today about bringing Coyote Ugly back,” adding, “We are talking about trying to do Coyote Ugly 2 or a series.”

Banks played bartender Zoe in the film about a burgeoning singer-songwriter who starts work at the Coyote Ugly bar. Despite average reviews, the film grossed $113.9 million globally and quickly became a fan favorite. The film also features LeAnn Rimes and her song, “Can’t Fight the Moonlight.”
