USA Network Cancels “Dare Me”

Marlo Kelly and Herizen F. Guardiola in "Dare Me"

There will not be a second season of Dare Me.

Multiple outlets confirm that USA Network has canceled the cheerleading drama after one season only.

The series based on the novel of the same name by Megan Abbott delved into the cutthroat world of competitive high school cheerleading. It followed the fraught relationship between two best friends after a new coach arrived to bring their team to prominence. While the girls’ friendship is put to the test, their young lives are changed forever when a shocking crime rocks their quiet suburban world.

Willa Fitzgerald starred as Coach Colette French, Herizen Guardiola as Addy Hanlon, and Marlo Kelly as Beth Cassidy. Rob Heaps and Paul Fitzgerald starred as series regulars.
