The recent Friends: The Reunion special made many people nostalgic about the legendary sitcom and remember their favorite moments from the show. This included pop superstar Ed Sheeran, who commemorated the occasion with “a reunion of his own.”

Over the weekend, Sheeran recruited his friend and Friends star Courtney Cox to recreate an iconic Monica and Ross dance routine from season six episode “The One with the Routine.” The duo did their best to recapture the magic of the original scene, and it’s safe to say they nailed it.

Sheeran was especially proud of himself as he posted the clip of the dance routine on Instagram and added #obviouslybetterthanross in caption. Cox reposted the video, writing: “Just some routine dancing with a friend.”

Friends: The Reunion premiered on HBO Max last week and saw the show’s cast—Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer—reunite for the first time on TV since the sitcom ended. The cast revisited some of the old sets, chatted with guest stars, and did table reads of iconic scenes.
