Wesley Snipes and Tiffany Haddish have proven their comedic talent in many of their past movies, and they’re gearing up to do it again by each other’s side. The duo landed lead roles in the upcoming Las Vegas comedy Back on the Strip.

Back on the Strip centers on a young man Merlin (Spence Moore II), who moves to Las Vegas after losing his dream girl. He comes to Sin City to pursue his dream of becoming a magician, but an unexpected wardrobe malfunction leads to a change of his career path.

In addition to Snipes, Haddish, and Moore II, the cast of this project will also include JB Smoove (Spider-Man: No Way Home), Faizon Love (Couples Retreat), Bill Bellamy (Self Made), Gary Owen (Ride Along), and Raigan Harris (Grown-ish).

Back on the Strip is the very first film to be distributed by the newly launched production company Luminosity Entertainment. It will also serve as the theatrical directorial debut of Chris Spencer, who has high hopes for this project.

“We have assembled an amazing cast with the industry’s greatest comedic talent. It is a privilege to direct this film, one I co-wrote that has a cast of this caliber for my first feature film,” said Spencer in a statement.
