The game show Wheel Of Fortune is keeping its recognizable hosting duo Pat Sajak and Vanna White on board for the foreseeable future. According to Deadline, Sajak and White agreed to new deals that lock them in their respective roles through 2024.

Aside from renewing his loyalty to the show, Sajak will also have an off-camera role on Wheel of Fortune. He is set to serve as consulting producer moving forward.

Wheel Of Fortune will premiere its 39th season on September 13th.

Pat Sajak joined Wheel Of Fortune as a host in late 1981, taking over from original host Chuck Woolery. From 1983 to 1989, Sajak hosted both the daytime and syndicated version of the show before continuing to appear only on the latter. Vanna White, on the other hand, took over the hosting duties when Susan Stafford left the show in 1982.

The new episodes of the popular game show come with several changes. Announcer Jim Thornton will receive an expanded role and increase his on-camera presence. This will include him being on the podium alongside Sajak and White as he announced the duo.

Wheel Of Fortune will also have tweaked gameplay for the upcoming season. The most important change in this regard will be that Sajak won’t take part in the “Final Spin” anymore. Instead, the contestant with the wheel in his control at that point of the game will have this honor.
