Jada Pinkett Smith recently received a special surprise for Mother’s Day. Her daughter Willow Smith reunited Jada’s former nu-metal band Wicked Wisdom and delivered a special cover of the 2006 hit “Bleed All Over Me.”

The performance was shown on Wednesday’s episode of Red Table Talk, a Facebook Watch’s talk show featuring Willow Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Pinkett Smith’s mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris.

As the episode was coming to an end, Willow took her mother out to the backyard, where a stage has been set up. On the stage were Wicked Wisdom’s guitarist Pocket Honore and keyboardist Cameroon Graves alongside several backing musicians.

After giving Pinkett Smith several moments to greet her former bandmates, Willow strapped on a guitar, took her place in front of the mic, and dived into an impressive rendition of “Bleed All Over Me.”

Jada Pinkett Smith formed Wicked Wisdom back in 2002. The band released two albums, 2004’s My Story and 2006’s self-titled sophomore record while doing several tours as an opening act for Britney Spears and Sevendust.

The group went on indefinite hiatus in 2006 and hasn’t performed since.
