Lady Gaga recently agreed to a press conference in Toronto where she opened up about chronic pain in her body that sometimes affects her career.

The camera kept rolling as she wiped away tears, saying, “…I hope people watching who do struggle with chronic pain, know they are not alone.”

In her new Netflix releaseĀ Gaga: 5 Foot Two, Gaga lets the cameras follow her into the hospital halls where her pain is being treated.

Her treatment plan included making some tough calls.

Gaga Postpones European Leg Of Joanne World Tour BecauseĀ Of Her Chronic Pain

Gaga got on Instagram to apologize to her fans for canceling her shows. She was as heartbroken as them to miss it.

“I use the word suffer not only because trauma and chronic pain have changed my life, but because they are keeping me from living a normal life,” wrote Gaga. “They are also keeping me from what I love the most in the world: performing for my fans.”

WhateverĀ her pain is, Gaga claims it’s affected her ability to perform well and that she has plans to spend the next seven weeks recovering. The show will go on in early 2018.

A Gift From Queen B To Help Bring Comfort

Gaga publiclyĀ thanked Beyonce, who sent her a care package as soon as she heard Gaga’s pain had returned.

“Thank you honey B for sending me this comfy sweatshirt. It keeps me warm in my hammock so I can be with the trees, the sky and the sun, and take deep breaths,” Gaga wrote.

Along with the sweatshirt, came a dozen rosesĀ with a note from B that read, “Thinking of you and sending you so much love. Praying for a quick recovery. Xoxo.”

We can all learn from Beyonce’s good deed. Be there for your friends in their time of need.
