It’s not just Vecna who has their eye on Noah Schnapp. The Stranger Things star has found himself in hot water with Doja Cat after sharing a message he sent her.
Like many of us, the “Say So” singer was smitten with Eddie Munson during the fourth season of the Netflix hit. So much so, that she reached out to Noah, who plays Will Byers on the show, and asked him for some romantic intervention as far as Joseph Quinn was concerned.
“Noah can u tell Joseph to [hit me up]. wait no. does he have a gf?” Doja asked in a private message to Noah on Instagram. The 17-year-old actor responded by telling the Grammy winner to slide into Quinn’s DMs on Twitter or Instagram.
“idk his ig or twitter. He doesn’t have a DM to slide in,” was her reply.
If you’re wondering how we know all this, it’s because Schnapp shared the conversation in a video that he posted on TikTok. And Doja is mad.
“The fact that this person, that Noah did that, went and posted a private conversation between me and him is so unbelievably socially unaware, and wack,” the 26-year-old said in a live TikTok session. She acknowledged that Schnapp’s age and inexperience probably played a role, but did not refrain from expressing her anger at the teenager.
