Luca Guadagnino gave Timothée Chalamet his big break with Call Me By Your Name, and their second movie together is just around the corner. The new trailer for coming-of-age romantic horror Bones and All is here and it sees Chalamet and Taylor Russell play young cannibals on the run.

Bones and All tells the story of a young woman living on the margins of society, who meets and falls in love with a disenfranchised drifter. They embark on a 3,000-mile odyssey through the backroads of America, looking for ways to survive.

In addition to two leads, the trailer for Bones & All also features Mark Rylance in a prominent role. The rest of the cast includes Michael Stuhlbarg, André Holland, Chloë Sevigny, David Gordon Green, and Jessica Harper. David Kajganich, who collaborated with Guadagnino on A Bigger Splash and Suspiria wrote the screenplay, drawing inspiration from Camille DeAngelis’s book of the same name.

Bones and All had its world premiere at this year’s Venice International Film Festival, where it won Silver Lion for best direction. It was met with a ten-minute standing ovation and positive reviews, with critics praising its direction, cinematography, and lead performances. Its limited theatrical release is set for November 18, before it opens wide on November 23.
