Before the winners are announced, they’ll hit the stage for another powerful rendition of this moving ballad.
“I’m Just Ken” from Barbie is also vying for the best original song award, and Ryan Gosling is ready to infuse the Oscars with Kenergy. Mark Ronson, who co-wrote this catchy bop, will join him during the live performance.

It turns out that Gosling was working on new versions of the beloved Barbie song, including the “Merry Kristmas Barbie” remix, released as a part of Ken the EP featuring a total of four songs.
Teaming up with Gosling again was a no-brainer for Ronson, since he was impressed by his work ethic and musical talent when they recorded the original version.
“He really got [that] it had to walk this line of not being funny or parody. But obviously, the song is also kind of ridiculous at times. So he was really amazing, and when he really did start hitting the big notes, I was like, ‘This dude is a vocal powerhouse!’” Ronson told Vanity Fair.
Ken the EP is most likely a part of the song’s ongoing Oscar camping. This track is one of the main contenders for the best original song at the Academy Awards after it received Grammy and Golden Globe nominations in the same field.

In addition to Gosling as Colt Seavers, The Fall Guy stars Emily Blunt (Oppenheimer) as Jody Moreno and Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Bullet Train) as Tom Ryder. Winston Duke (Black Panther), Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Stephanie Hsu (Everything Everywhere All at Once), and Teresa Palmer (A Discovery of Witches) round out the film’s supporting cast.

Marc Platt, who produce the original movie, will come back to produce its stage version, as well. He said he’s thrilled to reunite with Lionsgate and the incredible team behind La La Land to adapt the movie for the Broadway stage, the next exciting chapter in its evolution
“We’ve assembled a world-class team to create a musical that will delight La La Land’s millions of current fans and introduce the property to a whole new audience,” said Platt in a statement.
The Broadway adaptation will be helmed by the Tony-winning director Bartlett Sher and based on a book written by Ayad Akhtar and Matthew Decker. It will feature the original music by the Oscar winner Justin Hurwitz and lyrics by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the action will take place in Europe in the 1960s. The four-time Emmy winner Jay Roach (Bombshell) is expected to come on board as director. Production will most likely kick off next spring, but Warner Bros is yet to officially confirm the project.
The original Ocean’s Eleven franchise, starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and Julia Roberts, launched with the release of the first film in 2001. It was followed by sequels Ocean’s Twelve (2004), Ocean’s Thirteen (2007), and female-centric spinoff Ocean’s 8 (2018).
Robbie was first linked to the project when it was initially announced back in May. If Gosling officially joins her, this will mark their second collaboration following Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, where he plays Ken. The two-time Oscar nominee most recently appeared in Netflix action flick The Gray Man, and he’s attached to upcoming films The Fall Guy, Wolfman, The Actor, and Project Hail Mary.

The Gray Man actor has expressed interest in joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the role of Ghost Rider. The character has previously been played on screen by Nicolas Cage in 2007’s Ghost Rider and its sequel Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance five years later. According to the story, Ghost Rider is a stunt motorcyclist called Johnny Blaze who makes a deal with the devil to save his father’s life. The result is that he transforms into a flaming being that rides a fiery motorbike and is able to project hellfire from his body.
It was thought that Gosling may be starring as the lead in the upcoming Nova project that was announced in March, but the 41-year-old actor denied such. He did confess, however, that he would be keen to play Ghost Rider.
When this was told to the President of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, his response was more than positive. Feige referred to the Oscar nominee as “unbelievable” and “amazing” and said he’d love to find a place for him in the MCU.

Anthony and Joe Russo were in charge of directing the film, and they confirmed they’re expanding The Gray Man into a franchise, drawing inspiration from Greaney’s book series.
“With so many amazing characters in the movie, we had always intended for The Gray Man to be part of an expanded universe, and we are thrilled that Netflix is announcing a sequel with Ryan, as well as a second script that we’re excited to talk about soon,” said the duo in a statement.
The Gray Man had a limited theatrical release on July 15 before heading to Netflix one week later. During its first three days of availability, it was viewed for 88.6 million hours and debuted as the No. 1 movie in 92 countries.
